I will share my two most important observations from the endgame:

1. There is a tsume in 3 after 137. Bishop takes lance and promotes, King takes horse, Knight takes lance and promotes. I saw this during the game right after silver takes. On a second thought, I would have played pawn drop to 88. Not that it makes a difference, there's still tsume, but for some reason taking with the silver made it all more obvious to me (as silver is working as a wall)

2. The rook placement in 18 was bad, but 68 wouldn't make a difference. Gote can continue with lance drop 66 and the position is hopeless. There is, however, a tsume in 19 that I found with the help of YaneuraOu K-P. It's not impossible to see, but it is far from my level, especially in time stretch. Obviously it starts with knight drop 94, and you chase the king with silver and bishop. There are two interesting branches after that, gold takes bishop and king move to 51, but since the explanation is long I will leave that as an exercise for the reader.
