エントリー受付時点で、二段以下(U-R1799)限定の
双方持ち時間１０分＋３０秒の総当たりレーティング戦です。
新鋭棋士、 COM_棋士はご参加できません。
※新鋭棋士の方は「レート戦５局を消化(段級位確定)」後、
お申し込みくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
開催期間は約２か月(６０日)。期間延長はございません。
大会短縮名は「水龍戦」です。
