新進気鋭とは
「新たにその分野に現れ、意気込みが鋭く、将来有望なさま。」
という意味。果たして居飛車研究会の頂点に立つのはいったい…

★大会短縮名は【新進棋鋭】です。

＜大会規定/convention rule＞

★５分３０秒未満の非レート、総当たり戦です。
開催期間は約60日。
どなたでも、ご参加いただけます。
ただし、居飛車研究会限定大会のため、サー各会員以外の方はご参加出来ません。

<昇段規定>

(あくまでも仮ですので、急な変更等もあります)

棋鋭=新進棋鋭戦優勝
九段=棋鋭３期連続又は棋鋭通算４期、八段昇段後本大会で３０勝
八段=七段３期、七段昇段後本大会で３０勝
七段=六段３期、六段昇段後本大会で３０勝
六段=五段３期、五段昇段後本大会で２０勝
五段=四段３期、四段昇段後本大会で２０勝
四段=三段昇段後本大会で１０勝
三段=合計１０戦以上、本大会５勝
二段=全大会１戦以上
初段=通算2期以上参加、前回未対局者
開門の位=「新進棋鋭戦」新規参加
閉門の位=サークル退会者、アカウント閉鎖又は停止者

※段位は開催中にかかわらず昇段規定に達した場合、変更致します。

＜表彰/commendation＞

★最も勝点の多かった方が優勝者です。
総合優勝者に【棋鋭】（大会内）の称号を授与いたします
また成績優秀者に財宝賞として
1位200Dマイル/2位150Dマイル/3位50Dマイル贈呈いたします。

★意図的なマナー違反の通報があった場合には失格させていただく場合もございます。ご注意ください。

★※意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位であった際は失格といたします。

自らの意思で棄権する旨の申し出のあった方

マナー違反、嫌がらせ、不正行為を大会内外ではたらいた方。
