とあるプレイヤーが参加を求めたので承認しました。彼は急激にレーティングを下げて、承認後数時間たっただけで級を3級あげました。彼に悪意はないと思いますが、最高レートが１５００以上だったので低級者と呼ぶには相応しくないと思いました。よって今回は彼を出場者から除く決断をします。彼ならびにみなさんに申し訳ありませんでした。
