将棋大好きポイントの計算方法
対局数×3+勝ち点+ハンデとなります
ハンデの計算方法は、
級位者=n(参加者数÷10)ポイント
例えば参加者20名の時5級は+10ポイント
段位者=-n(参加者数÷10)ポイント
例えば参加者30名の時七段は-21ポイント
となります。
但しn=級もしくは段の数であり、初段は1段とみなす
