大会規定/Tournament rules

★持ち時間は15分＋60秒(R)です。
You have 15 minutes + 60 seconds (R).
★開催期間は約30日とします。
It will be held for 30 days.
★どなたでも、ご参加いただけます。
※ただし、新鋭棋士及びCOM＿棋士はご参加出来ません。
Anyone can participate.
※However, new players and COM_ players cannot participate.
★○: 勝ち/Win (3ポイント/3 Points)
　 ●: 負け/Lose (1ポイント/1 Point)
　 △: 引分/Draw (2ポイント/2 Points)
★ - : 未対局 (連絡履歴あり/There are contact histories.)
　 /: 未対局 (対局日時決定済/The match date has been decided.)
　 ! : 未対局 (決定した対局日時を経過/The match date has passed)
★日時が進むにつれて、徐々に対戦頻度が低下していきます。個別に対局日のご提案をして、対局消化をなさっていただきますようお願いします。

★開催後、３０日経過しても未戦の方は失格とさせていただきます。
Those who have not fought within 30 days of the start of the event will be disqualified.
★終了時点で５局未満の場合は順位から除外とします。
Players with less than 5 games played at the end of the tournament will be excluded from the ranking.

表彰/Commendation

★最も勝点の多かった方が優勝者です。
The winner is the one with the most points.
★優勝者には【猛鷹】の称号と特製アバターを授与いたします。
The winner will be given the title of 【Ferocious Hawk】, a special avatar.
★また、二段以下(開催時点)の中で勝ち点1位の方に【勇鷲】の称号を授与。
In addition, the title of【Brave Eagle】 will be awarded to the first place winner among those ranked 2-dan or lower (at the time of biginning).
※勝点が同数の場合、同位となります。したがって、同タイトル獲得者が複数の場合もございます。
If the points are the same, there may be multiple winners of the same title.

注意事項/Notes

★電撃開催のため、連龍王将戦への参加資格は得られません。
★相手が両者合意の対局予定日時から15分遅刻(別対局時等含む)した場合は不戦勝となります。
If the opponent is more than15 minutes late (including when playing another game) from the scheduled game date and time agreed upon by both parties, you will become a win.
★都合が悪くなった場合は24時間以上前の報告であれば1戦につき1人1度のみ予定の無効化を認めます。
If it becomes inconvenient, we will allow the schedule to be disabled only once per person per games if reported more than 24 hours in advance.
★報告が24時間以上前でない場合も相手が再対局を希望する場合はこの限りではありません。
Even if the report is not made more than 24 hours in advance, if the opponent wishes to play again, you will be allowed the cancellation of the schedule.
★意図的なマナー違反の通報があった場合には失格といたします。
If there is a report of intentional violation of manners, you will be disqualified.
★意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位であった際は失格といたします。
In the event of intentional or excessively inappropriate inappropriate dan grades, you will be disqualified.
★大会期間の延長はございません。
There is no extension of the competition period.
●失格処分者に対する勝点に関する処置/ameasure concerning the points of a person who is disqualified during a competition
☆大会中、失格処分となった方は大会上、存在しない者とみなし「全戦不戦敗」の処置を行います。
Those who are disqualified during the tournament will be considered as non-existent in the tournament and will be treated as "lost all matches".
☆失格者に勝利していた場合、「表示上の勝点３に付加点＋１（合計勝点は３＋１＝４）」として修正します。
If you have won against a disqualified player, it will be corrected as "Usual points(3) + additional point(1)→(3 + 1 = 4 total points)".
☆失格者に敗北していた場合、対戦結果を「不戦勝」として修正します。
If you have lost against a disqualified player, it will be corrected as "Walkover".
★ルール外の個人間のトラブルについては、主催者が判断し裁定いたします。
Regarding troubles between individuals outside the rules, the organizer will judge and solve.
