第二阶段：采用单败淘汰赛制（赛程分配：甲1-乙4 / 丙1-甲5 // 甲2-甲4乙3 / 乙1-乙2甲3），上期青鸾得主直接晋级决赛组，接受其余10人单败淘汰的胜者进行三番挑战。
