「水龍」は、駒取り捨て型の大型将棋「大局将棋」の駒種の１つ。
古来より、「水中に常に潜んでいる龍」との言い伝えがある。

己が未知なる能力を開花し、存分に暴れまわってくるがいい～っ！
＜大会規定＞
エントリー受付時点で、二段以下(U-R1749)限定の
双方持ち時間１０分-３０秒の総当たりレーティング戦です。
COM をご利用でのご参加はできません。
※モバイルご利用時は大会での対局ができません。
大会短縮名は「水龍戦」です。
開催期間は約２か月(６０日)。期間延長はございません。
＜水龍戦でのレート範囲内について＞
[参加承認] R1749以下（受付終了まで一律）
(注)過去最高レート 2000以上の方は否認といたします。
[開催前昇段] R1999まで認可。R2000以上は失格。
[開催期間中] 規制なし
[開催終了後] R1999まで規定内。R2000以上１位で飛び級制度適用。
※意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位
であった際は失格といたします。
開催終了まで安心してお楽しみくださいませ。
不戦勝・不戦敗などの処理はおこなわず、ご参加
