Excluding draws sente seems to have roughly 53% win rate. It seems roughly 3% of games end in a draw. In short games sente's advantage seems to grow (one source looked at five consecutive NHK cup seasons and sente's win rate was 56%.) Watanabe has mentioned that with shorter thinking time it's a bigger advantage to attack first (presumably because attacking is easier than defending).
