４級以下限定のリーグ大会です。（＊）の方も参加できます。
ただし、COM は承認不可。

開催期間はかなり長めとなっておりますが、
全対局が早期に終了した場合、すぐに次の大会を開催します。
締切はとくに設けてはおりません。開催中での飛び入りの場合
承認後、すぐに対局をおこなうことができます。
