35 This move makes no sense. Why would you undefend the file then not drop a pawn infront of the rook and let the promotion happen. By the way the pawn push is ai suggestion.
63 From here we have a sequence that there's no way a 2-kyu would see even hard for a strong Dan; the knight  and silvers sacrifices are just too engine like. All the tsume line he copied the engine suggestions except for the last horse check.
