Limited U-R1499 (1-kyu - 15-kyu), 
15m-60s Rated Round-rovin Tournament.
COM-players can't join.
New players are played 5 Rating games after.
⇒ "kyu" or "dan(R1500 and up)" are decided.
This tournament will be held for 3 months (about 90 days).

if you are promoted 1-dan and up.
