Greetings! I am Albion, a complete novice in Shogi. I hail from the Philippines, so I would be much obliged if someone could point me to a research group based in my country (assuming there is one, that is).

I seek to improve my knowledge on Shogi before I attempt my first matches here (at least, enough so I don't make a fool of myself in a match), so please take care of me until then. Thank you.
