General recruitment of the tournament structure.

This time, tourney organized by Oshiruko78 will be relaunched in April next year.
By renewal, I would like to make it easier for non-Japanese people to participate.I also want to renew the Tourney structure.
However, since all my organized tourney are only Shogi's tournaments, it will continue.
I usually don't know what kind of competition the participants want to participate in,so I would like to take this opportunity to give you various opinions.
