覇勢戦の開催のお知らせ

5月1日から5月11日までの10日間、10分30秒レートの覇勢戦を開催します。
級位者と有段者の棋力の差を埋めるため、最終勝ち点から
級位者をプラス、有段者をプラスします。
【例】5級の方+5点、3段の方-3点　となります。
