How to open a 'teaching game' with a friend ?

I'm new to 81dojo, and I'm also a novice player, but I learnt the rules to shogi many years ago and played a few games.
I now want to show another friend how to play, online, and I'm hoping I can do that in 81dojo. Ideally I would like to be able to open up a 'demonstration game' where I can set up some arbitrary positions just to show how the rules work. That would be better than a 'teaching game' where we run through some moves before being able to do variations to explain things, as my friend is a complete beginner.

Is this sort of 'demonstration game' possible in 81dojo? And if so, how would I set one up?

Um! I don't know about 81Dojo, but if you can go offline, you *may* find a program like Shogidokoro, is good for setting up and playing through situations within that program? You don't have to be connected to the internet, but from what you say, that may not cut it for you? I *think* there may be a facility for playing across the internet, but I've never tried it. Windoze only I think...
