Loading 81dojo KIF issue

I am trying to download a 81Dojo KIFU from Study Room (Download to KIF file) and then load it in Study Room so that I can study the moves. However, I seem unable to load KIF file.

It is odd because I can load a KIF file from "Shogi Playground" onto 81dojo. However, I can not download KIF from 81Dojo and load it back onto 81dojo.

I am using Windows PC computer. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

This is 81Dojo's web system for account and data management. The entrance to the shogi app can be found in the main site at https://81dojo.com.
