Login Always Fails / 81Dojo Web System

i created an account and made sure to memorize my password correctly, but every time i go to login it always says "login failed". (this happens on the app/game portion) any idea why?

[Lusitano] Recently, there have been an increase on the number of registered members. Such fact has cause the rejection of login to some as the site is full (maximum 500 participants). I wonder why such high number of guests are permited to login at the this server, even knowing that their majority do not play. Couldn't they be alocated to another server?
