・U-R1499 New players(＊)
・U-R1499 "Rated 2000 games below"
・U-R1499 "Rated games 1000 wins below"
players can join, but COM-players can't join.

New players are played 5 Rating games after.
⇒ "kyu" or "dan(R1500 and up)" are decided.

[Commendation] 
"King of the new figure" is the highest number of points.
The same points are the place of a tie.
