＜大会規定＞　Rules
４級以下限定のリーグ大会です。（＊）の方も参加できます。
ただし、COM は承認不可。
Limited U-R1299, 15m60s Round-rovin Tournament.
(＊) can join, but can't approve 'COM player'.　

開催期間はかなり長めとなっておりますが、
全対局が早期に終了した場合、すぐに次の大会を開催します。
締切はとくに設けてはおりません。開催中での飛び入りの場合
承認後、すぐに対局をおこなうことができます。
This tournament will be held for 2 months,
but it becomes the end as soon as all games are over.
And again the next tournament begins immediately.
The holding periods, I wait for your entry anytime !

※開催の「継続」か、「終了→次回開催」かは、
開始から１か月以上を経過したのちに決定いたします。
※Continuation or the end is decided 1 month later.

開催前・開催中での、３級以上への昇級による
失格はございません。
※飛び級（初段以上へ昇段）した場合、参考記録といたします。
After an approve, if you are promoted 3-kyu＋,
it continues and can participate until the end.
[In case of an accelerated class]
It becomes the unofficial record,
if you are promoted 1-dan＋.

対局室作成者が先手番となります。ご注意ください。
Game room host plays : Sente. Please be careful.
In short : PD Cup

＜表彰＞　Commendation
最多勝の方が優勝者[紫龍王]となります。
勝星同数の場合、勝点の多い方が上位。
（勝星・勝点が同数の場合、同率優勝者です）
また、最多対局者の表彰もおこないます。
The greatest number of Wins : Purple Dragons King
In case of a tie : One with many points is higher.
(The same Wins and WP : Champions of a tie)
And a reward 'Competitive player'.
