★段級位を取得なさっていらっしゃる方 [七段～15級]
であれば、どなたでもお気軽にご参加くださいませ。
新鋭棋士、 COM_棋士はご参加できません。
※新鋭棋士の方は「レート戦５局を消化(段級位確定)」後、
お申し込みくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

Your rank will be confirmed,
when you are done playing the 5 Rating-games.
★双方持ち時間 ５分+３０秒の総当たりレート戦となります。
★開催期間は４５日。期間延長はございません。
This tournament will be held for 45 days.
（対局の進行が滞った場合は期間短縮もあります）
当方主催大会では「大会への参加意欲」においても厳しめに裁定して
おります。対戦消化に消極的な方は参加を控えていただけますよう、
お願い申し上げます。下記規定をご参照のほど。
★開催開始後、３０日経過しても未戦の方は失格とさせて
いただきます。

★開催終了時点で５局未満の場合は順位から除外とします。
At the end of the tournament,
if less than 5 games.⇒ Exclude from rank
★大会短縮名は「オールカマー」です。
