本大会は、｢級位者将棋大会予選｣で上位に入った、umiwahiroiさん、timessquareさん、2Dthinkingさん、kponsuke76さん、kigu25さんのみが参加できます。その5人以外が参加申込された場合、その人の参加申込を否認します。逆に、その５人は、必ず参加して下さい。大会形式は、パラマス式トーナメントです。予選で1位だった人が、一番対局が少ない場所です。それでは5人とも、頑張って下さい！
