makoharu大会基本規定

入賞者同士が勝ち点同点の場合

大会終了時に勝ち点が同点の場合、
対局数が多い方を順位上位とさせていただきます。
対局数が同じ場合はレート下位者が順位上位になります。
レートも同じ場合、直接対決で勝っている方を順位上位とします。
直接対決がない場合、申し込みがお早い方が順位上位となります。

複数の賞に入賞されている方がいる場合

複数の賞に入賞されている方はどちらか賞金の多い方の賞に入賞することとします。
賞金の少ない賞は、順位下位の方が繰り上げて入賞となります。

対局消化賞入賞者が複数いる場合

最もレート下位の方が入賞となります。
レートが同じ場合、
全局消化の場合だけ、一番早く全局消化されている方を入賞とします。

規定上の注意

レートは大会終了時のものを適用しますが，
段級位別ハンデについては、大会開催時の段級位を適用いたします。
（大会期間中に段級位が変動されても，クラスの変動はなしとなります。）
失格とは、当大会では、全局不戦敗になることを指します。

対局セルによる日時提案について

3日以上あけた３回以上の日時提案に対して、
「コメントすらない」場合は、不戦敗とさせていただきます。
お手数ではございますが大会主催者やトピックまでご連絡ください。
できれば日時提案だけでなく、コメントでの対局可能時間の提示など、
相手に歩み寄ろうとする姿勢をお見せください。
日時提案だけですと、高圧的な態度としても捉えられかねませんので。

対局セルによる決定更新などについて

約束日時から15分以上の遅刻、来場なしがあった場合，不戦敗とします。
決定更新後の反故の場合、不戦敗とします。
約束日時に双方が来場なしの場合、その対局を無効対局とします。

規定、マナー違反に対しての処置

対局拒否、暴言、荒らしなど
規定、マナー違反があった場合、その重度にもよりますが、
軽度な場合は1回目に警告、注意をし、改善が見られなかった場合や2回目の違反があった場合、失格とします。
重度な場合は1回目で失格になることもあります。
また、そのような行為を目撃した場合は、スクリーンショットをご撮影の上、
大会主催者までご連絡ください。

その他

当大会はCOM棋士、ゲスト棋士のご参加はできません。
アカウント停止または閉鎖になられた方は失格とします。
