この大会は第15期より道場公式棋戦として承認されました。

大会規定をよくお読みの上、お申し込みをお願い致します。

・大会内にて、5~7段・3~4段・初~2段・級位者にクラス分けし、それぞれのクラスから成績上位者原則3名が決勝トーナメント進出する仕様となっております。
・クラスは予選終了時点の段級となります。18期より大会開始時とします。但しレート操作の場合失格となります。
・同率の場合、
1、直接対決の結果
2、対局数が多い方
3、レートが低い方
が優先となります。
・決勝トーナメントは原則12名で行い、なるべく棋力順に並べ、予選の各クラス1位をシードとします。
・開催から10日間対局がない方は失格とします。
・新鋭棋士、COM棋士は参加できません。
・開催から10日経過後において、3日以上空けた24時間以上先の3回以上の提案に対し3日以上コメントすらない場合、参加者数÷10人を上限として不戦敗とさせて頂きます。不戦勝申請は主催者までご連絡ください。(但し失格者は人数から除外。また、端数は切り捨て。)
・レート2400以上の方は、棋力証明を必須とします。申請中の方は要検討ですのでご連絡ください。また、高レート者で主催者の確認が必要と判断された場合はご連絡させて頂きます。(レート2500以上の方は参加不可)
★同じ方が複数個のアカウントにて同一大会に参加なさると
「失格」となってしまいますので、ご注意を。
★両者のご提案日時が合意したときのみ、「決定更新」は
おこなってください。
一方的な決定更新は無効とさせていただいております。
お相手の方の同意があるまでは「日時のご提案」のみで
お願い申し上げます。
★お相手の遅刻、対戦拒否・無視等(スクリーンショットなどの提出が必要な場合あり)による不戦勝申請、当大会へのご意見・ご要望などは、当日中に主催者にメールをお願いいたします（主催者が確認次第、対応を行います。）

両者合意の上決定更新した対局日時から、対局者が10分以上遅刻した場合は遅刻したユーザーまたは両方を不戦敗といたします。
①片方の対局者が遅刻した場合
　→遅刻した方のユーザーを不戦敗
②両方の対局者が遅刻した場合
　→両方を不戦引分
として大会を進行します。

但し、止む終えない事情により対局不可などになった場合、両者合意すれば再提案を可能とします。但し、大会後半の場合は不戦勝とする場合があります。
但し、対局予定時刻の12時間前を過ぎて決定更新された場合は不戦扱いに致しませんので、再度提案し直してください。

虚偽申告は失格の対象となる場合がありますのでなさらないでください。また、不戦勝申請は当日中にお願いいたします。

対戦拒否、無視、その他迷惑行為に対する規定
対戦拒否や無視、その他迷惑行為をスクリーンショットなどで確認した場合、
軽微な迷惑行為は1回目注意、2回目警告もしくは不戦敗または失格、警告後通報者複数で失格とします。
重度の違反の場合一発で不戦敗もしくは失格とします。

優勝者・・・ 英傑と81道場より1000Dマイル
準優勝者・・・英将と主催者より500Dマイル
3位(ベスト4)・・・英将と主催者より300Dマイル
ベスト8・・・英知と主催者より100Dマイル

Please read the tournament rules carefully before applying.

In the tournament, the classes will be divided into 5-7 dan, 3-4 dan, first-2 dan, and ranks, and 1 to 3 people from each class will be in the final. It is a specification to advance to the tournament. (Changed because the participation of ranks is less than before.)
Class will be the grade at the end of qualifying.
However, you will be disqualified for rate operation. If the same rate is high, the lower ranks or the one with the larger number of games will be given priority.
The final tournament will be held after 8 to12 names.
We are able to win titles even for those in the upper ranks, so please join us. -Set the lower limit of digestibility according to theclass.
・If there is no game for 10 days from the holding, it will be disqualified.
・ New players and COM players cannot participate.
・ If you do not comment for 3 days or more for 3 or more proposals that are open 24 hours or more in the latter half of the tournament, the number of participants ÷ 10 people will be the upper limit and you will be defeated. ..
・Those with a rate of 2400 or higher are required to have a proof of strength. If you are applying, please contact us as it is necessary to consider. In addition, we will contact you if it is determined that the organizer needs confirmation from a high-rate person. '
' Substitute system
Those who have a vacancy in the remarks column can apply for the final tournament, and if there is a cancellation, the organizer will approve and participate. The smaller the replacement number will be given priority, but please note that we will not contact you if you cancel or not.
Preliminary rules for refusal, disregard, and other annoying acts
If the above acts are confirmed by screenshots, etc. Multiple persons will be disqualified.
Severe violations will result in a one-shot defeat or disqualification. please note.

If the remarks column says that you have passed the qualifying round, please apply for the final tournament immediately.
