大会規定/Tournament rules
★持ち時間は30分＋60秒(R)です。
You have 30 minutes + 60 seconds (R).
★開催期間は約30日とします。
It will be held for 30 days.
★開催時点で五段以下の方のみ参加可能です。
開催前に六段に到達された方がいらっしゃいましたら、大会欄から除外させていただきます。
Only those who are 5-dan or lower at the time of the event may participate.
If anyone has reached 6-dan before the event, he or she will be excluded from the tournament section.
※ただし、新鋭棋士及びCOM＿棋士はご参加出来ません。
Anyone can participate.
※However, new players and COM_ players cannot participate.
★○: 勝ち/Win (3ポイント/3 Points)
●: 負け/Lose (1ポイント/1 Point)
△: 引分/Draw (2ポイント/2 Points)

! : 未対局 (決定した対局日時を経過/The match date has passed)

注意事項/Notes
★電撃開催のため、連龍王将戦への参加資格は得られません。
★相手が両者合意の対局予定日時から15分遅刻(別対局時等含む)した場合は不戦勝となります。
If the opponent is more than15 minutes late (including when playing another game) from the scheduled game date and time agreed upon by both parties, you will become a win.
★都合が悪くなった場合は24時間以上前の報告であれば1戦につき1人1度のみ予定の無効化を認めます。
If it becomes inconvenient, we will allow the schedule to be disabled only once per person per games if reported more than 24 hours in advance.
★報告が24時間以上前でない場合も相手が再対局を希望する場合はこの限りではありません。
Even if the report is not made more than 24 hours in advance, if the opponent wishes to play again, you will be allowed the cancellation of the schedule.
★意図的なマナー違反の通報があった場合には失格といたします。
If there is a report of intentional violation of manners, you will be disqualified.
★意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位であった際は失格といたします。
In the event of intentional or excessively inappropriate inappropriate dan grades, you will be disqualified.
★大会期間の延長はございません。

●失格処分者に対する勝点に関する処置/ameasure concerning the points of a person who is disqualified during a competition
☆大会中、失格処分となった方は大会上、存在しない者とみなし「全戦不戦敗」の処置を行います。
Those who are disqualified during the tournament will be considered as non-existent in the tournament and will be treated as "lost all matches".
☆失格者に勝利していた場合、「表示上の勝点３に付加点＋１（合計勝点は３＋１＝４）」として修正します。
If you have won against a disqualified player, it will be corrected as "Usual points(3) + additional point(1)→(3 + 1 = 4 total points)".
☆失格者に敗北していた場合、対戦結果を「不戦勝」として修正します。
If you have lost against a disqualified player, it will be corrected as "Walkover".
★ルール外の個人間のトラブルについては、主催者が判断し裁定いたします。
Regarding troubles between individuals outside the rules, the organizer will judge and solve.
