【ごあいさつ】
何事もやってみなくては結果がでません…勝ち負けは気にせず、
対局を重ねることにより必ず成長できると信じて戦ってみてください。
積極的に対戦を消化していただけますようお願い申し上げます。

【大会名の由来】
幻獣「天馬ユニコーン」
牡山羊(雄ヤギ)の顎鬚(あごひげ)、獅子(ライオン)の尾、
二つに割れた蹄(ひづめ)、紺色の目の白馬にも似た姿で、
その額には長く鋭く尖った螺旋状の筋の入った角を持ち、
毒を消す作用があるらしい。
極めて獰猛だが、乙女の懐に入るとおとなしくなるという…。

【大会規定】
エントリー受付時点で、４級～15級(U-R1299)の方限定の
双方持ち時間１５分+６０秒の総当たり形式によるレーティング戦。
新鋭棋士、 COM_棋士はご参加できません。
※新鋭棋士の方は「レート戦５局を消化(段級位確定)」後、
お申し込みくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
４級(一部上級者を含む)～15級にて対戦し、
勝点数にて争っていただきます。※勝点同数の場合は同位となります。
開催期間は約６０日。大会短縮表示名は「天馬戦」です。

＜天馬戦でのレート範囲内について＞
[参加承認]　R1299以下または直近５戦以内にR1299以下の方。
[開催前昇級]　R1349まで認可。R1350以上は失格。

【不戦勝規定】
約束日時の合意がなされた対戦において、対局時刻から15分以上
経過した場合不戦勝とさせていただきます。
(持時間を使い切ったものとみなす)
★お手数ではございますが主催者までDMにてご連絡くださいませ。

【その他のご注意】
・大会対局が進むにつれて、徐々に対戦できる頻度が低下
していきます。個別に対局日のご提案をして、対局消化をなさって
いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
・同じ方が複数個のアカウントにて大会に参加なさると「失格」と
なってしまいますので、なにとぞお気をつけくださいませ。
・開催終了時点で５局未満の場合は順位から除外とします。
[大会中の失格処分者に対する勝点に関する処置]
大会中、失格処分となった棋士は大会上、存在しない者と
みなし「全戦不戦敗」の処置を行います。
