・対局拒否(無断)が多数見られた場合、失格とします。
・両者のご提案の日時が合意した時のみ、決定更新は行ってください。一方的な決定更新は、無効とさせていただいております。

[About Tournament Format]
Preliminary: About 50 days from December 1th to January 20th, 3 leagues. The number of qualifiers is:
A League: 4 players
B League: 2 players
C League: 2 players
Main Tournament: About 30 days from November 1 to November 30, double-elimination tournament. The total number is 7 players: qualifiers and last term’s “CosmOu” champion.
Title game between the winner of the final tournament and the winner of the Loser’s Resurrection Round.

The winner of the title match will receive the title of "CosmOu" and 1,000 D-miles from 81 Dojo.
The loser of the title match will receive 500 D-miles.
The loser of the main tournament final will receive 300 D-miles.
The loser of the semi-fnimals of the main tournament will receive 100 D-miles.
The loser of the final of the Loser’s Resurrection Round will receive 250 D-miles.
The losers of the semi-finals of the Loser’s Resurrection Round will receive 50 D-miles.

[Win By Default/Loss By Default]
If a player is 15 minutes later than the appointed time, the late player
will be declared loss by default.
In case of defiance after updating the decision, the player will be
disqualified.

organizer).

If a participant's account is suspended during the tournament, he/she
will be disqualified.
If any abusive language or vandalism is observed, the participant will be disqualified.
If a participant ignores suggestions (3 or more suggestions made at least 3 days in advance), he/she will be declared loss by default.
If a participant refuses to play many games (without permission), he/she will be disqualified.

Proposals for dates and times must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Proposals made less than 24 hours in advance should be sent by mail or PM.

If you are R2400 or above, please join after you have obtained a rank certificate.
