双方持ち時間１５分-６０秒の総当たり形式によるレーティング戦。
新鋭棋士の方、COM をご利用の方はご参加できません。
開催期間は約９０日。大会期間中、常時エントリー受付。
※モバイルご利用時は大会での対局ができません。
１級(一部昇段者を含む)～15級にて対戦し、勝点数を争って
いただき、最強の級位者「青龍王」を決定いたします。
（※勝点同数の場合は同位となります）
大会短縮表示名は「青龍盃」です。
