This tournament is for ONLY NEET or mentally handicapped persons.
If you are NEET AND MENTAL ,you will pass the first game.
If you get win,you will be honored as The TOP of NEET.
However,the administrator did not permit us to use the name of "The NEET".
So,The NEET can not get to be the formal title.
