初段、二段限定トーナメントです。
ただし新鋭棋士は、参加できません。
優勝者に１００Dマイル、準優勝者に５０Dマイルを差し上げます。
ベスト４まで行った方は、希望で次回この大会に出れます。（三段以上になったらさんかは、できません。
大会中に、二段以上になったら次回は無理だけど開催中の大会は、出れます。
ただし新鋭棋士は、参加できません。
