【天馬戦 [４級-15級限定交流] 15分-60秒 Rated 】

＜大会名の由来＞　幻獣【天馬ユニコーン】
牡山羊(雄ヤギ)の顎鬚(あごひげ)、獅子(ライオン)の尾、
二つに割れた蹄(ひづめ)、紺色の目の白馬にも似た姿で、
その額には長く鋭く尖った螺旋状の筋の入った角を持ち、
毒を消す作用があるらしい。
極めて獰猛だが、乙女の懐に入るとおとなしくなるという…。

＜大会規定＞
エントリー受付時点で、４級～15級(U-R1299)の方限定の
双方持ち時間１５分-６０秒の総当たり形式によるレーティング戦。
新鋭棋士および COM をご利用の方はご参加できません。
４級(一部上級者を含む)～15級にて対戦し、
勝点数にて争っていただきます。※勝点同数の場合は同位となります。
大会短縮表示名は「天馬戦」です。
開催期間は約６０日。
＜天馬戦でのレート範囲内について＞
[参加承認]　R1299以下（受付終了まで一律）
(注)過去最高レート 1500以上の方は否認といたします。
[開催前昇級]　R1499まで認可。R1500以上は失格。
[開催期間中]　規制なし
[開催終了後]　R1499まで規定内。R1500以上１位で飛び級制度適用。
※意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位
であった際は失格といたします。
また、もし初段以上に飛び級昇格なさった方が１位となった場合、
規定範囲内(１級以下)で１位の方も優勝者とします。

不戦勝・不戦敗の処理はせず、ご参加いただいた分のみ
にて決定いたします。ご了承のほど。

＜大会中の失格処分者に対する勝点に関する処置＞
※追加規定：大会中、失格処分となった棋士は大会上、
存在しない者とみなし「全戦不戦敗」の処置を行います。
[失格処分者に勝利していた方の場合]
「表示上の勝点３に付加点＋１（合計勝点は３＋１＝４）」
として修正する。
[失格処分者に敗戦していた方の場合]
「対戦結果を不戦勝に変更」として修正する。

＜当方主催大会上での無応答者への対応＞
マナーの欠如ともいえる行為であり、「人間性として問題あり」ですが
「ご参加いただいた分のみにて決定」としておりますので、
「お名前はあるが、参加未定あるいは不参加」の方とさせて
いただいております。
大会記録上では「対戦未戦（無印）」のままとなります。
※セル上でのお約束があり、「決定更新後の反故」の場合「不戦敗」、
あまりにもひどい場合は「失格処分」となることもございます。
