＜大会中の失格処分者に対する勝点に関する処置＞
※追加規定：大会中、失格処分となった棋士は大会上、
存在しない者とみなし「全戦不戦敗」の処置を行います。
[失格処分者に勝利していた方の場合]
「表示上の勝点３に付加点＋１（合計勝点は３＋１＝４）」
として修正する。
[失格処分者に敗戦していた方の場合]
「対戦結果を不戦勝に変更」として修正する。

※追加規定：大会中、失格処分となった棋士は大会上、
