★段級位を取得なさっていらっしゃる方 [七段～15級]
であれば、お気軽にご参加くださいませ。
新鋭棋士および COM_棋士はご参加できません。
★双方持ち時間 5分-30秒の総当たりレート戦となります。

★勝点総合１位の方には【金鯱】の称号を授与。
★「三傑賞」勝点総合上位３名様、また開催(参加)直前
時点で四段以下の方の中で、勝点上位２名様は
次回雷龍戦B級の出場権を得ます。
勝点同数の場合は同位。（出場の可否は自由）
✰勝点総合上位３名様には「三傑賞」として、
100 Dマイルを授与いたします。
大会結果につきましては、「イベント・ミーティング」の
[オールカマー[金鯱]・大会結果]をご覧くださいませ。
★開催期間は約２か月(６０日)。期間延長はございません。
★大会短縮名は「オールカマー」です。
★開催開始後、３０日経過しても未戦の方は失格とさせて
いただきます。
★不戦勝・不戦敗などの処理はおこなわず、ご参加
いただいた分のみにて決定いたします。

＜大会中の失格処分者に対する勝点に関する処置＞
※追加規定：大会中、失格処分となった棋士は大会上、
存在しない者とみなし「全戦不戦敗」の処置を行います。
[失格処分者に勝利していた方の場合]
「表示上の勝点３に付加点＋１（合計勝点は３＋１＝４）」
として修正する。
[失格処分者に敗戦していた方の場合]
「対戦結果を不戦勝に変更」として修正する。

※セル上でのお約束があり、「決定更新後の反故」の場合「不戦敗」、
あまりにもひどい場合は「失格処分」となることもございます。
