大会規定
大会内にて、7段・5~6段・3~4段・初~2段・1~2級・3~5級・6~9級・10級以下にクラス分けし、それぞれのクラスから原則1~3名が決勝トーナメント進出する仕様となっております。但し、初段から順に級位者枠に補填する場合があります。
但し予選通過には最低1割消化する必要があり、参加人数や成績によって予選通過者数は変動します。
クラスは終了時点の段級となります。但しレート操作の場合失格となります。
同率が多い場合は下位者又は対局数が多い方が優先となります。

決勝トーナメントは16名前後で行います。
級位者の方でもタイトルが取れるようになっておりますので、是非ご参加よろしくお願い致します。
補欠制度
備考欄に補欠と書かれた方は、決勝トーナメントにお申し込み頂き、キャンセルされた方が出た場合主催者によって承認され参加できます。補欠番号が小さい方が優先となりますが、キャンセルが出た場合も出なかった場合も連絡は致しませんのでご了承ください。
対戦拒否、無視、その他迷惑行為に対する規定
上記の行為をスクリーンショットなどで確認した場合、
軽微な迷惑行為は1回目注意、2回目警告もしくは不戦敗、警告後通報者複数で失格とします。
重度の違反の場合一発で不戦敗もしくは失格とします。

・第15期よりクラスによって消化率の下限を設定します。
7段50%、5~6段40%、3~4段30%、初~2段20%、級位者10%(失格者は消化率の計算に含まない、全体の消化率に寄って下限が下がる場合あり)
・開催から10日間対局がない方は失格とします。
・新鋭棋士、COM棋士は参加できません。
・大会後半において3日以上開けた24時間以上先の3回以上の提案に対し3日以上コメントすらない場合、不戦敗とする場合があります。
・レート2400以上の方は、棋力証明を必須とします。申請中の方は要検討ですのでご連絡ください。また、高レート者で主催者の確認が必要と判断された場合はご連絡させて頂きます。

Tournament Regulations
In the tournament, the classes are divided into, dan<7th, 5th to 6th, 3rd to 4th, 1st to 2nd>, kyu<1st to 2nd, 3rd to 5th, 6th to 9th, and 10th and lower>. In principle, 1 to 3 people from this class will advance to the final tournament.
However, it is necessary to complete at least 5 stations to pass the qualifying, and the number of qualifying passers will vary depending on the number of participants and results.
The final tournament will be held by 16 people in principle.
Even those with arank level can win the title, so please join us.
From the 13th term, we will introduce a vacancy system. Those who have a vacancy written in the remarks column can apply for the final tournament, and if there are people who are canceled, they will be approved by the organizer and can participate. The smaller the replacement number will be given priority, but please note that we will not contact you if you cancel or not.
