・総当たり戦です。
・対戦形式は「どうぶつしょうぎ」
　持ち時間は「0分30秒」
　参加資格は、ゲスト棋士以外なら誰でもOKです。
・ソフト指しはおやめください。主催者の判断で、ソフト指し疑惑が生じた場合、その参加者を除名することがあります。
・ルールは、第3回麒麟杯予選に準拠します。

今大会のルール変更点
→⭐︎千日手の場合、その場で「再戦スタンバイ」による先後入れ替えの指し直し局を、どちらかが勝つまで行ってください。勝敗がついた1番最初の対局で勝ち負けを判断します。

・名局賞→今大会の全対局の中で、主催者であるboudantyokkiの独断と偏見で選んだ、最優秀対局をした方2名に、それぞれマイルを贈呈します。
