「雷龍戦B級」の出場資格を得ます（出場の選択は自由）。
※七段(師範格)昇段者は除く

１５分-６０秒の総当たり・レーティング(R)戦。
段級位を取得なさっている方限定。※七段位は除く
新鋭棋士の方、COM_棋士のご参加はご遠慮ください。
約６０日間の争覇戦となります。
大会短縮名は「マグロ」です。
※不戦勝・不戦敗の処理はおこなわず、ご参加いただいた分のみ
にて決定いたします。ご了承のほど。

勝点が同数の場合、同位となります。したがって、

15min-60sec Rated Round-rovin Tournament.
Only dan or kyu players can perticipate.
New players and COM_players can not join.
This tournament will be held for 60 days.
In short: MAGURO

[About "Win and Loss"-by-default]
There is not input by the organizer.
Please note that.

[Commendation]
The highest winning points player is the winner.
If the tie is the same place.
And the 8th place is a prizewinner from the 1st place.
(In case of a small number: 1st-5th place)
