＜大会名の由来＞　水底に潜みし影　【水龍】
「水龍」は、駒取り捨て型の大型将棋「大局将棋」の駒種の１つ。
古来より、「水中に常に潜んでいる龍」との言い伝えがある。
さあ、挑戦者たちよ…
己が未知なる能力を開花し、存分に暴れまわってくるがいい～っ！
＜大会規定＞
エントリー受付時点で、二段以下(U-R1749)限定の
双方持ち時間１０分-３０秒の総当たりレーティング戦です。
新鋭棋士およびCOM_棋士はご参加できません。
※モバイルご利用時は大会での対局ができません。
大会短縮名は「水龍戦」です。
開催期間は約２か月(６０日)。期間延長はございません。
＜水龍戦でのレート範囲内について＞
[参加承認]　R1749以下（受付終了まで一律）
(注)過去最高レート 2000以上の方は否認といたします。
[開催前昇段]　R1999まで認可。R2000以上は失格。
[開催期間中]　規制なし
[開催終了後]　R1999まで規定内。R2000以上１位で飛び級制度適用。
※意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位
であった際は失格といたします。
開催終了まで安心してお楽しみくださいませ。
不戦勝・不戦敗などの処理はおこなわず、ご参加
いただいた分のみにて決定いたします。

最も勝点の多かった方が優勝者【水龍】です。
（英語名・称号：「SUIRYU」）
勝点が同数の場合は同位となります。

Limited U-R1749, 10m-30s Rated Round-rovin Tournament.
New players and COM_players can not join.
In short: SUIRYU-sen
This tournament will be held for 2 months(About 60 days).
When progress is slow, the extension is possible during a period.
＜Suiryu-sen: Regulation within the range of rates＞

[Before the event]
R1999 and down 〇 / R2000 and up: Disqualified
[Being held]　Non-limited
[After the finished]

by promotion to the accelerated class

There is not input by the organizer.

The winner is the highest number of winning-points.
The same points are the place of a tie.
