COM_棋士の方は不可。
☆新鋭棋士の方は「レート戦５局を消化(段級位確定)」後、
お申し込みくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
超早指し、１手１０秒未満の平手/総当たりノンレート戦となります。
表示基準タイムゾーン: UTC (世界標準時：日本時間 -９時間)
開催期間は約１か月間となります。
大会短縮名称は「流星戦」です。
