＜大会名の由来＞　鳳雛：フェニックスの雛鳥
ここに集いし方々は、まるでフェニックスの雛鳥たちのように
将来を有望されているのです…。

＜大会規定＞
エントリー受付時点で、10級～15級(R999 and down)
および R1040 の新鋭棋士の方々限定の
双方持ち時間３０分＋６０秒の総当たり形式によるレーティング戦。
COM をご利用の方はご参加できません。
10級(一部９級以上と新鋭棋士を含む)～15級にて対戦し、
勝点数にて争っていただきます。※勝点同数の場合は同位となります。
大会短縮表示名は「鳳雛盃」です。
開催期間は約６０日。

＜鳳雛盃でのレート範囲内について＞
[参加承認]　R999以下およびR1040新鋭棋士（受付終了まで一律）
[開催前まで]　R1299まで認可。R1300以上は失格。
[開催期間中]　規制なし
[開催終了後]　R1299まで規定内。R1300以上１位で飛び級制度適用。
（意図的な不適切級位であった際は失格といたします）

不戦勝・不戦敗の処理はおこなわず、ご参加いただいた分のみ
にて決定いたします。ご了承のほど。

※追加規定：大会中、失格処分となった棋士に勝利していた方の場合、
大会上の処理はおこなわず、「表示上の勝点３に
付加点＋１（合計勝点は３＋１＝４）として修正する。

＜表彰＞
最も勝点の多かった方が優勝、５位までの方が入賞者です。
また、もし６級以上に飛び級昇格なさった方が１位となった場合、
規定範囲内(７級以下)で１位の方も優勝者とします。

This tournament will be held for 2 months (about 60 days).

by promotion to the accelerated class

There is not input by the organizer.
