段級位を確定されていらっしゃる方に限らせていただきます。
新鋭棋士やCOM_棋士はご参加できません。
双方持ち時間 30分+60秒の勝ち抜きR戦トーナメントです。
決勝の勝者が【永聖(AeonSaint)】となります。
大会短縮名称は「永聖戦」です。
皆様のご健闘を心よりお祈り申し上げます。

[大会の進行につきまして]
できるかぎりお待たせしないよう、下記の不戦勝・不戦敗ルールを
設けさせていただきます。
★１対戦期限(提案日時も含む)を１０日以内限定に定める
⇒ 未対局の場合、対局日時のご提案により積極的な方を不戦勝とする
⇒ 提案に返答なしの場合、不戦敗とする
⇒ 両者提案なしor両者同等の提案で未対局の場合、
レート下位者の不戦勝で進行
⇒ 決定更新後の反故の場合、自動的に不戦敗とする
※お相手の方が未確認・未返答の段階での一方的な
決定更新は無効です。ご注意ください。

・R2500以上の方は参加をご遠慮ください。
・R2400以上の方は棋力証明を獲得後にお申し込みください。
・主催者が要確認と感じた方がおられる場合、調査要請をさせて

・PM・DMの場合は記録上に残りませんので、対戦表セル上での
やりとりの場合のみ不戦勝処置対象となります。
