Everyone can participate [7-dan ~ 15-kyu],
but New players and COM_players can not join.
10min+30sec Rated/ Round-robin World Cup Tournament.
This tournament will be held for 3 months.
In short: RAIRYU WC

[About "Win and Loss"-by-default]
There is not input by the organizer.

The parson with the higher point players
from 1st place to 5th place,
Presented to D-miles: 1st 100/ 2nd 60/ 3rd 40/ 4th 25/5th 15
If the tie is the same place.

＜大会規定＞

★段級位を取得なさっていらっしゃる方 [七段～15級]。
新鋭棋士および COM_での参加はご遠慮ください。
※新鋭棋士の方は「レート戦５局を消化(段級位確定)」後、
お申し込みくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

★双方持ち時間 10分+30秒の総当たりレート戦となります。
開催期間は約３か月(９０日)。期間延長はございません。
大会短縮名は「雷龍盃WC」です。

★不戦勝・不戦敗などの処理はおこなわず、ご参加
いただいた分のみにて決定いたします。

＜表彰＞

★勝点１位～５位までの方に「雷龍賞」として、
１位 100/２位 60/３位 40/４位 25/５位 15 Dマイルを授与。
勝点同数の場合は同位となります。

大会結果につきましては、「イベント・ミーティング」の
[雷龍盃 WORLD CUP・大会結果]をご覧くださいませ。

＜大会中の失格処分者に対する勝点に関する処置＞
※追加規定：大会中、失格処分となった棋士は大会上、
存在しない者とみなし「全戦不戦敗」の処置を行います。
[失格処分者に勝利していた方の場合]
「表示上の勝点３に付加点＋１（合計勝点は３＋１＝４）」
として修正する。
[失格処分者に敗戦していた方の場合]
「対戦結果を不戦勝に変更」として修正する。

＜当方主催大会上での無応答者への対応＞
マナーの欠如ともいえる行為であり、「人間性として問題あり」ですが
「ご参加いただいた分のみにて決定」としておりますので、
「お名前はあるが、参加未定あるいは不参加」の方とさせて
いただいております。
大会記録上では「対戦未戦（無印）」のままとなります。
※セル上でのお約束があり、「決定更新後の反故」の場合「不戦敗」。
※ご提案に一切返答せず、無視を決め込むなどの行為。
あまりにもひどい場合は「失格処分」となることもございます。

★意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位（過少申告）、
マナー違反などの通報があった場合は失格とさせていただくことも
ございます。ご注意ください。
