4th file rook

Hello is there anyone who can help me learn or give me link for 4th file rook.
 I ve used to watch hakuyoutu(shogi wars player who has youtube chanel)
 But i cant understant japanese so i often cant understand a reason for each move... Also famous hidechi didnt make a video about it (only for rapid silver atack AGAINST 4th file so its worthles...) if there is anybody id be very grateful...

Myself, I wouldn't have thought that learning about how your 4th file Rook may be attacked is 'worthless'? Jolly useful, I would have thought...
