How to get back to the game after being disconnected?

I saw people can still play with me after they are disconnected for a while. But when I have a moment of bad connection, i just don't know how to continue the game I was playing. I can't find this how-to anywhere. Please help me! I don't wanna be impolite to my opponent.

Just log back in normally - a screen would pop up allowing you to reconnect normally. If no such screen appears, your opponent has claimed a win already.
