＜大会規定/convention rule＞
★１０分３０秒未満のレート戦、勝ち抜きトーナメント形式です。
決勝戦は１番勝負です。
開催期間は約60日。
どなたでも、ご参加いただけます。
参加は先着２４名までとさせていただきます。
ただし、新鋭棋士及びCOM＿棋士はご参加出来ません。
※新鋭棋士の方は「レート戦５局を消化(段級位確定)」後、
お申し込みください<(_ _)>
★-: 未対局 (連絡履歴あり/Contact history available)
/: 未対局 (対局日時決定済/Time and date set done)
!: 未対局 (決定した対局日時を経過/Time and date set to pass)
★もし千日手・持将棋による引き分けが生じた場合は、再戦の上、
勝敗を決着なさっていただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
★大会対局が進むにつれて、徐々に対戦できる頻度が低下
していきます。個別に対局日のご提案をして、対局消化をなさっていただけますようお願い申し上げます。

＜トーナメントの並べ方/to arrange＞
最大参加予定人数２４名。申し込み時に三段以上先着８名が１回戦シードです。
組み合わせの公平性を保つため、９番目～２４番目に承認と
なった方は、お申し込み順に対戦カードを組みます。
（主催者側による意図的な組み合わせ操作は一切行いません）
対戦表の最終作成完了は開催開始の前日となります。

★最も勝点の多かった方が優勝者です。
総合優勝者に【龍将】の称号を授与いたします

また成績優秀者に財宝賞として
1位200Dマイル/2位100Dマイル/3位(2人)50Dマイル贈呈いたします。
★意図的なマナー違反の通報があった場合には失格させていただく場合もございます。ご注意ください。
★※意図的な、あるいはあまりにも相違な不適切段級位であった際は失格といたします。
★大会開催期間の短縮はございません。
※場合により延長することはございます。
★開催終了まで安心してお楽しみくださいませ。

★自分が対局する枠をクリックし、対局できる期限以内の日時を設定して提案のみと書いてあるボタンをクリックしてください。
★１対戦の対局期限は「前対局終了時点から１２日以内」とし、未対局の場合「対局日時提案により積極的な方」を勝者とします。
ただし期限超過の両者提案なしは「両者不戦敗」として進行します。
